Christina Rooney of Audiobooks Ahoy turned me on to these amazing glycerine lozenges. Not cheap, but they taste good and are long lasting. You can purchase them on Amazon , Fruggo (a shop in London that will ship in 14 days to the US), or other retailers. I have tried the Blackcurrent sugar-free and really like the flavor.
