This past weekend was our annual Utah Audiobook Narrators Conference. Jesse Bickford was our keynote speaker and she delivered the goods! We each had the opportunity to do a live, directed read from Jesse. Fantastic insights and many “ah-ha” moments which sparked my enthusiasm for my career. Adam Skousen talked about character choices using DISC (and personally enlightening!), Emma Faye caught us up on the latest social media trends, BJ Harrison provided great info on various awards in our industry, I shared info I’ve gathered on finding review sites and marketing. We enjoyed the expertise from a vocologist, and took new headshots.
